Shipping Policy

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

For the majority of products we only serve mainland addresses within England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. All offshore addresses are excluded eg: the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, Ireland and the Channel Isles. Delivery of certain products may be restricted to certain postcodes in Scotland and Wales.

We will aim to deliver within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date will have to be extended. Workbench Direct will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods however caused.

Certain products will be delivered directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Where this is the case, delivery time frames will depend on stock levels and usual delivery times. Some of these products may not be standard and, therefore, need to be manufactured, which will increase lead times.

Delivery charges only cover one delivery attempt. If a delivery fails because no one is present at the pre-agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a further fee.

Minimum order value: You need to spend at least £60 before you can check out an order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund of the purchase price. However, we will always strive to provide a valid reason for the cancellation.
